There are a few good articles in the latest issue of Nature relating to the open sharing of data.
Since the work in EpiC involves the reuse of experimental data and free access to bioinformatic
programs I am quite interested in this field. Its good to see that so many people are now starting
to take a serious interest in this aspect of biological research. The recent <a
href="http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v461/n7261/full/461171a.html">report</a> from the
<a href="http://www.casimir.org.uk/">CASIMIR</a> project is an enlightning look at the problems and
issues at work in sharing data. Worth a look if you are at all interested in data integration.
