Tapenade, I've had this before with just bread, wine, cheese and some french salami. It's pretty good and tasty, but I never realised how easy it is to make.

• Olive Oil
• Capers
• Anchovies

Optional extras include

• Garlic

its all just ground up into a paste (good thing I have a pestle and mortar)
